Poster Size and Poster Pitch JPEG Image Upload

Standard poster size is 3 feet wide x 4 feet long.

Poster presentors may pitch their posters and are asked to upload one(1) JPEG image of their slide. It will be "played" during the poster pitch sessions.

Important: Follow the format of the filename below.

"spp2012-A01.jpeg" ---> poster number "A1" in the program.

"spp2012-B21.jpeg" ---> poster number "B21" in the program.

Once ready, you may upload it by

(step 1) Write the SPP manuscript number (e.g. "spp2012-023") as description.
(step 2) Click "Add files" and choose the properly named file to upload.
(step 3) You may need to confirm if concerned SPP officer on-site receives your file.

You will find here spp2012 manuscript templates including *.doc, *.dot, and *.tex files (inclusive of supporting files for LaTeX formats).

Submission will only be accepted through the EasyChair log-in. If you have no account yet in EasyChair, then you may need to sign-up by clicking this link.
Status of submitted manuscripts may be checked by logging in to the EasyChair.
If you are assigned as a reviewer, the review can be done online through the EasyChair login.
